Our Approach

We build customised training programs to suit the unique culture, business environment and communications objectives of our clients.

We ensure our proposed curriculum is based on a solid understanding of the business challenges a company faces; an appreciation for the ecosystem of stakeholder critical to the company’s success; and an awareness of the communications strengths and weaknesses of the company’s representatives.

Our programs aim to replicate the most common communications settings for each organisation. We train participants in the subtlety of different channels or forums­ e.g. town halls, one-to-one meetings, panel sessions, keynotes, telephone interviews, on-camera, webcasts, TV, print, online and radio.

We provide training for communications professionals and non-professionals, experienced and not-so-experienced spokespersons, team leaders, emergency responders, technical experts and operations personnel. Our programs allow for and encourage different participant’s experience levels. Our work is governed by strict confidentiality agreements to provide a fruitful and safe learning environment.
