We seek to ensure that each participant completes our course with a deep understanding of all stakeholders in their purview and a practical understanding as well as a suite of tools which enable participants to effectively communicate with each of those stakeholders. We also seek provide an understanding of how the relevant stakeholders interact.
All of our courses are customised to meet the needs of the relevant organisation as well as identifying the skills and needs of each individual. Each individual is asked to complete a basic pre-training assignment to identify issues and situations they may want support in. We will therefore work with you and the participants to develop scenarios based on real experience to make the training as focussed and practical as possible.
At the conclusion of the training we will provide a detailed report outlining our recommended next steps for the organisation and each participant will leave with an individual continuous improvement program so that they can continue to integrate the relevant skills into their working lives.
Our sessions unfold in a workshop environment and are highly interactive. We aim to create an atmosphere where participants can learn from each other and in our experience this approach helps promote camaraderie.
Each session is led by two highly experience trainers and is supported by a camera operator. Most exercises are videotaped and the trainees are encouraged to participate in the play back and review process.
